Tanvir N. Chowdhury, the Business Development Manager Of Farmhouse Burger, says that the already-hyped restaurant began its journey this year. “We wanted to provide proper authentic gourmet burgers in the town,” he adds.

The inspiration behind the Farmhouse Burgers was none other than the local burger joints in Dallas, Texas, in North America. “The owners run similar burger joints, steak houses and a seafood place in Texas,” he continues to say, “We believe the best stories are shared over food. Not to mention the best laughs, and the best memories, too. That’s why we put so much thought into every last detail that goes into our restaurant: the food, the hospitality, the kitchen, gathering places, the vibe. We create spaces that evoke emotion because we believe food is all about the experience and being able to connect with those who matter most,” he states.

They have even turned their bakers loose on reformulating and perfecting their famous brioche buns. From the precise grind of the beef to the homemade sauce, to their home-brined pickles, no stone is left unturned to make sure that patrons have the most decadent burger experience the city has to offer.

He adds that people are more eager to try out more burgers with different flavours. “We hope more burger joints like ours to open up and more international fast-food franchise to come to our country. It is inevitable,” he concludes.
