As the food industry of Bangladesh keeps on moving forward, our taste buds are constantly being introduced to tantalizing offers from some of the country’s finest dining places. On the forefront of all the excitement lies the international hotels and their larger than life buffet offers.

While these buffets typically cover a really broad spectrum of cuisines, only a handful of them is as comprehensive as Le Meridien Dhaka’s buffet brunch. The brand new Friday Brunch at Latest Recipe has something for everyone and we can’t put enough emphasis on that. Truly one of the most complete experiences the city has to offer and a gastronome’s paradise.

Every Friday from 12:30 PM to 4 PM for 3000++ per person, you can delve into a plethora of palatable dishes which includes a selection traditional buffet items like lasagna, sushi, slow-cooked ribs and biryani combined with vibrant signature desserts like mango creme brulee and Nutella pancakes. But what really sets this buffet apart from its counterparts is the introduction of various innovations which includes a vegan corner. Yes, you heard that correct. Featuring dishes like Sweet and Spicy Tofu burgers, Buffalo Cauliflower hot wings and Vegan Bibimbap. Such dishes are unheard of and provide a breath of fresh air for foodies seeking to broaden their horizons.

In addition to that, the buffet also features a fusion corner which combines a couple of fan favourite dishes to create new and unique items. Confused? Well, let’s clear that out. We are talking about things like tacos with tandoori chicken, hummus made out of thai peanut, chili con carne lasagna, falafel scotch eggs, and even beef kala bhuna patties. Talk about a party of flavours in your mouth! So far the buffet has been nothing but exciting and we haven’t arrived at the best part yet.

Yes, this is a gift that keeps on giving, which brings us to the showstopper of the buffet, a live sushi station! Now they have a separate sushi corner which is stacked with enough deliciousness that will make your mouth burst but the live sushi station is in a whole new level. You don’t go to the sushi, sushi comes to you. You can pretty much choose how you want your sushi to be and the chef will prepare it in front of you live at your table. Crazy stuff, really!

To top everything off you have the contemporary ambiance and cozy atmosphere of Latest Recipe which also includes live music. A must-visit place for any food lover!
