For the last couple of years or so, Banani has been the culinary hub of Dhaka. It has seen the rise of many establishment and the fall of many but one place which has stood the test of time is Hotel Sarina. Hotel Sarina actually boasts a very wholesome and diverse gastronomic experiences of the city.
Comprised of 4 major restaurants: Summerfields, Amrit (which specialises in Indian cuisine), Ristto (which specialises in Italian cuisine) and Elite (Thai and Chinese Cuisine). Each of these places have their own unique buffet and Hashtag Delish had the pleasure of trying out Summerfields lunch buffet and we were simply blown away by their excellence.
Now the buffet itself is pretty spectacular and features over 60 items but it is the sheer quality of the dishes that truly stand out. From starters such as soup, cocktail salads and an array of cheese to main dishes such as grilled Pomfret to Beef Steak with Rosemary sauce to even fried Crabs and Grilled Prawn Shasliks, each item would leave you wanting more.
For all the dessert lovers out there, Summer Fields has the best chocolate fudge cake in town! We mean it. And if that is not enough for you, they have the likes of Red velvet cake, two different Panna Cottas, Strawberry Mousse, Lemon Tarts and much much more.
