Proving itself a worthy contender OnePlus has launched its latest android marvel – the OnePLus 6. Powered by a Snapdragon 845, OnePlus 6 is fitted with 6GB or 8GB RAM offering a storage space of 256GB. With upgrades to the internals and software, this beauty makes apps lagging and things loading slowly a memory of the past.
All of this comes encased in a completely new build and sleek design. Made almost entirely of glass, it curves around the rear with a rim of metal sandwiched in between for structural integrity. OnePlus 6 comes in a highly polished black version, along with a Midnight-Black matte-finished model.
The camera on the OnePlus 6 comprises of two back cameras – a main 16-megapixel f/1.7 and a secondary 20-megapixel sensor. A notable feature is the addition of the optical image stabilization (OIS)
All the hoopla to enable wireless charging falls flat as the OnePlus 6 offers Dash Charging due to it being quicker. The Dash Charger allows ‘a day of use’ with just 30 minutes of charging. Even if the OnePlus 6 isn’t offering wireless charging, this new installment is one of the fastest, best-looking Android phones at any price, with a lovely screen and perfectly optimized software.
