A sumptuous meal is incomplete without a decadent dessert to follow it. These DIY desserts with Taste Me will alleviate your dining experience.

Orange Loaf Cake

Begin by dissolving ½ tbsp of Taste Me orange in water. Next, beat ¾ cup butter and sugar together. Add 3 eggs and beat again. Then add ½ tsp of vanilla essence and Taste Me. Measure in ¾ cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder and ½ tsp salt. Add ¾ cup of milk and mix well. Pour into a buttered and lined loaf tin and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 50-60 minutes. Then in a bowl, mix 1 tbsp of Taste Me orange with ¼ cup of sugar, some orange zest and water. Poke the cake loaf and generously spoon over the zesty orange syrup and enjoy a mouthful of this sinfully simple orange loaf cake.

Mango Pie

This elegantly rich dessert is easy to make and tantalizes the palate. Start by crumbling some digestive biscuits and pour in 4 tbsp of melted butter. Press the crumble into the bottom of a pie tin. Next, combine 3 tbsp of mango Taste me with 2 tbsp of cream. Then in a bowl, mix together a tin of condensed milk, a cup of cream, 250g cream cheese with the mango-cream mix. Beat well, and pour over the crust. For added finesse you can pipe the edges with whipped cream. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours. Serve chilled.
