Bengal Wellbeing is pleased to launch its first fitness centre with Yasmin Karachiwala’s Body Image, the franchise from India.
It is the first equipment-based Pilates studio in Bangladesh. Instructors at Yasmin Karachiwala’s Body Image in Dhaka have all been hired from India. The instructors are all certified with experience in the fitness industry for 5-10 years and received vigorous training from Yasmin Karachiwala herself. The studio offers complimentary gym membership to its clients for their use at their discretion, apart from the training.
Yasmin Karachiwala is a fitness expert with more than 25 years of experience in the fitness industry and pioneer of the Pilates physical fitness system in India. She is the mega-mind behind the personal fitness studio Yasmin Karachiwala’s Body Image and she is the founder and master instructor at the studio. Apart from Basi Pilates, she is also the first ever Balanced Body Master Pilates Instructor and Fletcher Pilates instructor in India. Yasmin has earned the reputation of being the number one celebrity fitness trainer with her clientele comprising of the likes of Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, amongst many more.
Bengal Wellbeing is committed to improve the quality of life by encouraging and promoting a healthier lifestyle and living. One of the missions of Bengal Wellbeing is to make Pilates and its fitness services accessible to people in Dhaka as well as other major cities of the country.
