Pixar films are our ultimate escape from reality. It takes us to a magical adventure and although so many people argue that they are for kids, they are not. Regardless of how old you are, they make you feel nostalgic, they make you laugh and cry and we become slightly better versions of ourselves. We bet you, have at one point or another, wished to be a part of the Pixar Universe. We know you have. So, in typical Pixar fashion, let’s go on an adventure to find out which Pixar movie you belong in based on your personality traits.
For all the mothers: The Incredibles
In plain and simple terms, you are superheroes and there is no better fit for you than The Incredibles. In a dull and mundane world, you are the light that guides people home. And you don’t even need a cape for that so you’ll blend right in since no superhero wears one in The Incredibles.
For the golden oldies with wild hearts: Up
Up, as beautiful a movie as it is, becomes more relatable as we grow older. We all get to a point where we just want to get away from life and that is exactly what Carl Frederickson attempts to do by tying thousands of balloons to his house. But he stumbles upon a little boy called Russell, a talking dog and a rare bird, and through the adventure they share; Carl realises that although we get tired of the world, they have so much to offer! (Something we tend to forget.)
For the strong and independent: Brave
You are not bound by the conventions of society. You do not forcefully want to get married or get a job you don’t desire or be someone you don’t want to be. They might call you a rebel but you are just living your life to the fullest. You are free.
For the selfless and kind-hearted: Toy Story
You probably had a dozen best friends growing up and you loved all of them the same. You love making others happy. You probably are an amazing boyfriend/girlfriend. You probably share your fries with others and most importantly, if we go into your room, we will probably find toys and other memorabilia from your childhood just chilling in your room. Oh, and you cry during movies too, which is humanity in its purest form.
For the optimistic: Finding Nemo
Whether or not the odds are in your favour, you never back down from anything. You are full of positive energy and it elevates all who are around you. You take every defeat as a victory because you learn something from it. You always look at the good in people, although that might cause you to get hurt sometimes, it does not stop you from being yourself.
