‘Betterkind’ initiative is one of the award-winning projects of JCI New York, which focuses on building good habits to make oneself healthier, more productive, and more resilient.

This year the program will focus on building workplace habits and help to develop skill sets to future proof our lives and allow us to create a more significant impact on the job market. The participants will learn about the latest research on habit formation and why some habits are easier to change than others. They will also understand how to choose correctly their life goals and mission to build practices that don’t conflict with their long-term goals.

In August, the participants will have to practise the habits they pick for 21 days in the ‘21 days habit practice challenge.’ Participants who complete the 21-day training will receive a Betterkind Champion Medal. Certificates of participation will be awarded to all participants after completion of training till August. Fifty participants in total have registered and are expected to complete the training.
