Describe the album launch and concert of Gonojowar in three words.
Surreal, Overwhelming, Blessed.

What inspired you to come up with an album like Gonojowar?
It had a lot to do with proving a point; especially after all the hurdles that we’ve faced since Tritio Jatra. The album explores issues like political/social instability and encourages people to be more aware of what’s happening around them and to make a stand. It also talks about a few personal experiences.

Trying to inspire the new generation has always been a key reason for us to do music and to make the youth believe in themselves. There’s such a growing pressure on our youth through all these social media platforms that it actually crushes their confidence and makes them lose sight of what is real and what is of importance.

“It’s very flattering to be deemed an icon. But when it comes to pacing myself , I try not to think about the rising expectations. I still believe that I, along with Nemesis have a long way to go.”-Zohad Reza Chowdhury

What can one expect from Gonojowar?
Some of the stuff in this album is a little heavier than what we’ve done before.

What made you collaborate with Honda for the launch of your album?
Luckily we are Honda’s brand ambassadors; hence they wanted to organize the whole launch event of Gonojowar. In fact, Honda gave us an event we could only dream of! Thank you Honda!
