The Westin Dhaka and Festivity hosted Wedding Festival 2016. The spectacular 2 day festival took place on 21st and 22nd October at the Grand Ballroom of The Westin Dhaka. On the opening day, Selima Ahmad, President of Bangladesh Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BWCCI), inaugurated the event as the chief guest. Officials from The Westin Dhaka, Festivity, Camerich Bangladesh, Volvo Bangladesh and other partners were present during the ceremony. With the wedding season upon us, the wedding festival showcased premium wedding brands under one grand roof. Guests browsed through stalls showcasing designer wedding wear to 5 Star catering options. Guests were also able to get expert opinions from renowned consultants on wedding planning, menu selection, venue options, photography & videography, wedding makeovers among other things. From designer wear to jewellery, the exhibition offered something for everyone as designers and brands from all over the country and outside flocked in to showcase their artistry. Fashion shows, mehendi art, live music and DJ sessions entertained the guests throughout the festival. At the event, The Westin Dhaka introduced their newly crafted wedding menus and offered special discounts on venue and menu bookings.
