Over two evenings in May, ISHO, in collaboration with Don Sumdany Facilitation & Consultancy, brought together some of Bangladesh’s leading voices in human resources and supply chain management for INDUSTRY NIGHT — a networking-led initiative designed to encourage conversation, collaboration, and cross-industry exchange. Held on 8 and 9 May 2026, the event created a rare shared space for senior professionals to connect beyond the formalities of boardrooms and conferences.
The first evening welcomed more than 45 HR Heads from prominent organizations across the country, while the second brought together over 50 Supply Chain Management leaders, reflecting the growing importance of cross-functional dialogue in Bangladesh’s evolving corporate landscape. Across both sessions, the atmosphere remained focused yet informal, allowing guests to engage in meaningful discussions, exchange perspectives, and build new professional relationships.
Designed as more than a conventional networking event, INDUSTRY NIGHT also incorporated a series of interactive experiences throughout the evenings. Guests participated in a “Spin the Wheel” activity featuring prize giveaways, while an auction segment added a lively and engaging dimension to the programme. The evenings were complemented by a curated dining experience from Izakaya, offering guests a wide-ranging menu in a relaxed setting.
Attendees responded positively to the initiative, noting the value of bringing senior HR and supply chain leaders together under one roof at a time when collaboration and industry-wide conversation are becoming increasingly essential. By combining professional engagement with a more social, experience-driven format, INDUSTRY NIGHT positioned itself as a platform for connection, knowledge-sharing, and future-facing dialogue within Bangladesh’s corporate community.
