HOUSE OF AHMED LAUNCHES A CO-DESIGNING SPACE IN BANANI, THE FIRST OF ITS KIND IN THE COUNTRY.
Upon entering the showroom, one could feel the elegance oozing from each corner. The evening was set to offer an unparalleled immersive experience through the opulence of the store and the luxurious ensemble of clothing showcased by some of the top models in the country. The House of Ahmed’s fashion show on the 1st of July at their new Banani Branch was the embodiment of the aesthetic and ambience the brand represents. Headlined by the beautiful Tangia Zaman Methila, the show was full of glitz and glamour. Both bridal and groom’s wear were on display, with elegance shifting from the more traditional to the new and modern styles.
The new outlet, House of Ahmed Lounge is a co-design studio where consumers can co-create their outfits and be a part of the design journey. Partnering together with their master tailors, customers can now create their designs, it can be something completely original or a redesign of something already available in the store. Hosting a plethora of different materials and sewing styles, House of Ahmed guarantees that each customer can walk out the door with something they are proud to wear, unique to only them, which they helped to create. “Gone are the days of brides and grooms going abroad to purchase their desired clothing
for their big days,” says Managing Director, Ahmed Reza Tuhin.

This is the first of its kind concept in Bangladesh, where you can come up with your own ideas and design, sit with our design team and create your own outfits. Our main purpose is to make our customers part of our creative process,” said Tanzila Elma, Chairman and Co-founder, House of Ahmed.
The co-design lounge is a step toward ensuring a more personalised brand experience for House of Ahmed’s customers. Since the start of its journey in 2019, it has established itself as one of the most premium sustainable clothing designer brands in the country that promotes the work of local artisans. House of Ahmed is dedicated to empowering local artisans and the co-design lounge will play a pivotal role in further enhancing their role in producing high-quality, international standard custom outfits.
