Pop of Color Ltd. awarded 50 successful and self-reliant women.

“Sarbajaya 2022” was organized by Pop of Color Ltd.  Popular Community Pop of Color working with women recognizes 50 self-reliant successful women in their respective professions. In the continuation of various programs organized throughout the month of March on the occasion of Women’s Day, a program called ‘Sarbajaya’ was organized on Friday 25th, March at Hotel Amari Dhaka in the capital by Pop of color Ltd. Tinker Jannat Meem, the founder of Pop of Color, handed out a memento to all the awardees at the ceremony. Deputy Commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Police Farida Yasmin, Monir Hasan, Head of Prothom Alo Division, Meheruba Reza, Vice President of BRAC Bank Tara Division were present as guests at the event. 
The guest speakers also discussed about the expansion of women’s business, branding, healthcare, beauty skill development, etc. In the end, the Sarbajaya program ended with the encouragement and recognition of 50 successful women. 
Tinker Jannat Mim, The founder of Pop of Color, said about the Sarbajaya event that we are recognizing 50 women who have become self-reliant after overcoming many adversities. We are not giving away any awards. We are acknowledging these hard working girls so that other women in our community can be inspired to see them.

Notable, Pop of color is one of the registered female communities in Bangladesh. Launched in 2014, the organization aims to help girls become physically, mentally and financially self-sufficient. Pop of Color has helped more than 15,000 girls directly and indirectly become financially independent in the last eight years. For the first time in 2021, Sarbajaya was hosted by  Pop of Color.
