Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden is ready to woo the taste buds of foodies in the city with its BBQ dinner buffet, ‘Surf N’ Turf’, which takes place at the hotel’s scenic garden every Friday, starting from November 5, 2021 between 6:30 pm to 11 pm.
The key highlights of the BBQ event is the live Western Grill Station specially featuring Chicago Round Beef, Grill Prawns, Grill Chickens, Beef Medallions & Lamp Chops. All these sizzling delights are accompanied by Pepper/BBQ/Rosemary & Lemon Butter Sauce.
This year, diners get the chance to experience a unique twist in the cosy winter pool BBQ that is Radisson Kebab Ghor consisting of a wide selection of kebabs and fried items such as Tandoori Chicken Tikka, Hariyali Chicken Kebab, Lebanese Chicken Shish Tawook, Turkish Beef Adana, Masala Fry Hilsha, Mutton Curry and Chicken Red Curry.
The buffet showcases various kinds of delicacies like Baked Potatoes, Steamed Basmati Rice, Chana Dal, Roasted Vegetables, Beef Curry etc. A Tex Mex Station offers Salt Baked Whole Chicken, Mexican Chicken Chimichanga etc. The cold buffet station presents BBQ Beef Salad, German Potato Salad, Coleslaw Salad, Assorted Cheese with Condiments and many more.
Sweet lovers can rejoice at the dessert corner including Red Velvet Cake, Papaya Halwa, White Choclate Mousse, Strawberry Linger Cake, and various types of ice creams and many more. The sweet station has a Pitha Station, where guests can enjoy various types of assorted pithas.
Price of the BBQ buffet dinner is BDT 4100++ for adults and BDT 2100++ for children.
