As October inches near, TWD fans sit quietly waiting for the magical date that is the 22nd to arrive at the speed of Barry Allen. Rick and his gang has had enough of Negan and his Savior’s torture session; so it’s no surprise they decided to ‘lock and load’ in the final episode of Season 7. Season 8 isn’t going to be any less awesome than its predecessor. Simply put, you’ll get that much-awaited dose of pow-wows and drama that you’ve been waiting for months.
You already know that Rick and his troupe, Alexandria Survivors, Kingdom and the people of the Hilltop prep for the ultimate faceoff with the Saviors. The trailer’s probably got many of you wondering a bunch of things. Like, why’s Negan threatening someone as least intimidating as Gabriel? Why’s Rick holding up and axe and who’s he up against? Also, whatever happened to those eerie members of the Scavengers? Further into the trailer shots of Dwight and Jesus often gives a sense of uncertainty; both of these characters have in the past been known to trick anyone who’s trusted them (you’ll come across a scene where Morgan’s trying to give Jesus some Aikido-whooping). Once you reach the end, prepare for a load of ‘ifs’ ‘buts’ and ‘whats’ upon seeing an aged Rick, waking up from what seems like a dream. Real or not, that’s for you to find out. You waited long enough, might as well endure the torture for a few more days! In case you haven’t watched the trailer, click on the link below to have a look-see!
