Sisterhood on the Move

Since its first trip in March 2021 to Sreemangal, Female Travelers Network has quickly expanded its reach, successfully conducting numerous tours across Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America. Starting with just nine members, the travel agency has cultivated a strong community and a supportive space for women to connect and explore the world together.

It has covered an impressive range of destinations, including over 20 trips to Nepal, 11 trips to the Maldives, 40 tours in Malaysia and Singapore, three tours in Egypt, and 11 tours in Dubai. Additionally, it has curated unique cultural experiences for its clients in the USA, London, Vietnam, Uzbekistan, and Laos. The growth of Female Travelers Network is evident through its presence in Dhaka, Pune, and an upcoming launch in Dubai, showcasing its commitment to connecting female adventurers worldwide.

The agency offers a wide array of group and solo tour options, providing opportunities for women to explore their desired destinations with like-minded individuals or independently. Nusrat Jahan Pritom, the Founder and Chairman of Female Travelers Network Bangladesh, transitioned from a successful journalism career to become a mindset coach and establish a platform that combines well-being with travel. Female Travelers Network was inspired by a desire to help women explore the world safely while focusing on personal growth and well-being.

“From quitting my stable job in fashion and entertainment journalism to making a positive difference in the world through Female Travelers Network, the journey was definitely not easy. I have learned so much in these three years, made plenty of mistakes as an entrepreneur, and learned and grown from those mistakes,” says Nusrat. “Female Travelers Network connects women from all over the world, regardless of background, nationality, or religion. We promote peace and sisterhood, in addition to being a secure travel platform for women.”

She further adds, “Due to limited resources, it is not easy to activate such a plan worldwide, but thanks to the love and support of good friends and my partners who believed in this dream and helped us grow, I feel blessed and happy to say our agency is the only international platform for female travellers from South Asia. There are many groups in every country for female travellers, but none that connect globally. We wanted to convey the message that regardless of who you are or where you are from, we are all one.”
