AIUB Computer Club (ACC) finally ended the four-day-long “AIUB Cyber Gaming Fest-2022” at American International University-Bangladesh on Sunday, December 4, 2022.
On the last day, winners and runners-up were declared after the final match of Valorant, DOTA 2, PES eFootball, FIFA 22, Need for Speed and Mobile legends.
In the closing ceremony of the fest, the anticipated guests and winners arrived and affixed the closing event at 2:30 PM, which took place at the AIUB auditorium. The chief guest was Dr. Carman Z. Lamagna, Vice Chancellor of AIUB. Mashiour Rahman, Associate Professor and Associate Dean (FST), Manzur H Khan, Proctor, Director of Office of Student Affairs (OSA), Prof. DR. Dip Nandi, Director (FST), Abhijit Bhowmik, Associate Professor & Special Assistant (OSA), Sharfuddin Mahmood, Assistant Professor & Special Assistant (OSA), Computer Science along with numerous special guests, attended the ceremony.
The closing ceremony was held to thank and award the participants. Mr. Khaza Md. Anas Khan, Country Manager, GIGABYTE was also present at the closing ceremony. Honorable Vice Chancellor and Mr. Anas presented the awards to the award-winning teams and individual gamers. The winners and runners-up of the four-day-long event took their certificates and card cheques. The event was successfully concluded with a group photo with the guests, participants, and volunteers of the AIUB Computer Club.
Students from numerous schools, colleges, and institutions attended the event and made the event more colorful. The representatives of GIGABYTE, AORUS, CLUB G1 IT, THE DAILY JUGANTOR, THE BUSINESS STANDARD, EKATTOR TV, and ICE TODAY were also present at the closing ceremony.
