For dinner, Amari offers a buffet with a wide range of cuisines. Prepare to be spoilt for choice as the buffet has live stations for Indian, Thai, Seafood and Japanese cuisines, a butcher’s corner, salad bar, and, of course, a dessert section. While these stations remain constant, the food offered at these stations changes daily according to the chef’s preferences and the availability of fresh ingredients. Amari is a beef-free hotel, so no beef items are served in Amaya.
Their Indian food includes live Indian street food, which often consists of golgappa and Rupchada fry, among a host of tantalising dishes prepared by
Amari’s seasoned chefs. There are also traditional Indian items such as biryani, kababs, etc. The salad bar offers a variety of mixed salads and the opportunity to mix your own salad. A speciality of Amaya’s buffet is the butcher’s block which has roasted meat such as whole roast chicken, roast duck, lamb kofta, etc. The Thai corner includes a variety of Thai dishes, including Tom Yum soup, noodles and fried rice. There is a Chinese corner with ramen where you choose the toppings, and the chef makes it in front of you, as well as several kinds of dim sum that are also made fresh. The quality of the ramen and the dim sum is unparalleled.
The Japanese section has a sushi bar that offers a variety of mouthwatering sushi. If you are a sushi lover, this section is definitely for you. Another speciality of this buffet is the seafood corner. Not only do they have a wide variety of seafood dishes, including whole baked fish, but they also have fresh seafood on ice, and you get to choose what fish you want, and they will grill it for you right

The menu includes a variety of starters, special sushi and sashimi that are not offered in the buffet, such as a prawn tempura roll with mango salsa and cream cheese, soups, gyozas and tempuras. At the same time, you can also choose from Thai and Chinese curries of chicken or fish, such as whole fried sea bass, and Indian food such as chicken tandoori, Mutton Sheekh Kabab and biryani.
