HOUSE SPECIAL TOM YUM FUSION
Taking the classic and flavorful Tom Yum soup of Thailand we have taken it 1 step further and integrated our own elements to create a fusion version of the popular dish. This soup features the intense tom yum broth which is infused with Thai herbs and carnation milk which is loaded with everything you can dream of in a soup namely Water Prawns, Squid, Crab, Soft poached egg and Crispy Chicken Breast!! KHAO SOI
Khao Soi is a deliciously creamy and slightly spicy yellow curry dish unique to Northern Thailand, especially Chiang Mai. It will satisfy your craving for a Thai curry dish while still being delightfully out of the ordinary. What makes Khao Soi shine is its savoury curry broth. Made with a blend of yellow and red curry spices, coconut milk, chicken broth, soy sauce, and sugar, the ingredients are slowly simmered to develop flavour. Chicken drumsticks and thighs are typically slow-cooked in the broth and served as part of the meal.
LAMB SHANK RED CURRY WITH LYCHEE AND PINEAPPLE
