Nau Bangladesh has finally opened their first store Dhaka. On Saturday (September 7), the owners organised a meet and greet with the press to familiarise them with Nau’s initiative. The second project of the same people who introduced us to Boma Burger (with some friends),
Nau truly brings something new and exciting to the mix of Dhaka’s food scene. “We felt that Dhaka needed a place that offered snacks. More often than not we find ourselves consuming entire meals in the name of a light evening snack. So, we wanted to introduce a genuine snack item,” stated Daniel Rahman, one of the co-owners. Nau’s specialises in Korean egg bread which is a popular form of street snack in Korea and other parts of Asia but they have added their own touch to it. While traditionally these breads are filled with eggs, Nau has decided to shake things up by adding their own fillings. “In short, Nau is Korean egg bread with a twist,” added Daniel. Currently, they are serving three different flavours in Nau: Kreamcheese (cream cheese), Number 10 (nutella) and Keesh (quiche). But more flavours are on the way and given how you are able to customise the fillings, the opportunities are endless! Visit Nau today!
