Lemon Cheesecake
For 10 portions
375 gm sugar
1kg cream cheese
4 eggs
2 lemons
200 ml sweetened condensed milk
125 ml whipping cream
10 gm vanilla powder
60 gm fresh strawberry
Preparation
Preheat oven to 150 C degrees. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter; press firmly on the bottom of 9-inch springform pan. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Add eggs and lemon juice; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until centre is set. Bake 5 minutes longer and cool for 1 hour. Chill at least 4 hours. Garnish with fresh strawberry.
