While shooting an action scene for her upcoming film Manikarnika – The Queen Of Jhansi, Kangana Ranaut got severely injured after being struck by a prop sword on her forehead. She was immediately admitted to the ICU of a nearby hospital, Apollo.

Examining her condition, doctors decided to keep Kangana under close observation for a few days. Unfortunately, she got 15 stiches on her forehead as the cut was really close to her bone.

Kangana, the daring actress insisted on shooting the risky fighting scene on her own, instead of using stunt doubles. Describing the accident, Ranaut commented that she actually got a glance of the queen’s life.
Manikarnika – The Queen Of Jhansi is set to be released in 2018. Fans are eagerly waiting to see Kangana in a brand new avatar.
