The new Pran UP commercial just gave us a major throwback. At hindsight it is a very aesthetically pleasing ad in a picturesque location with two lovers singing, dancing and enjoying some refreshing Pran UP in a beach, thanks to Masud Zakaria Sabin and his team for all their creative hard work. Then all of a sudden, you start to feel nostalgic, the reason being that the chemistry between the two actors reminds us of the music video where Rambir Kapoor was romancing Deepika Padukone to the song Khuda Jaane.
The iconic song from the hit film Bachna Ae Haseeno starring Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone features the duo singing and dancing in a boat and romancing at the beach, similar to the location in the Pran Up commercial. Ranbir and Deepika started dating soon after the movie in which they had already won our hearts. So, it came as no surprise that the couple became our favourite. Deepika even got a tattoo with Ranbir’s name (so cute!). This was over 8 years ago; Ranbir and Deepika have sadly parted ways and moved on with their lives. However, we will always remember them as Raj and Gayatri who melted our hearts and made us believe in love. Speaking of love, we just love the new Pran UP ad for taking us to the trip down memory lane.
