FOUR POINTS BY SHERATON DHAKA IS DELIGHTED TO WELCOME THEIR NEW GUEST CHEF, ANTO DWIMANTO, WHO IS SUCH A MAGICIAN AND LIKE A GENUINE DIAMOND IN THE CROWN.
ORIGINALLY FROM INDONESIA, ANTO DWIMANTO HAS MASTERED THE ART OF TEPPANYAKI STYLE & JAPANESE CUISINE WITH INNOVATIVE NEW CULINARY CREATIONS.
Real food magicians can make an explosion of taste, which can easily lead our mind and body to bliss.
Whether you want to watch blades move at dizzying speed across a grill or watch flames climb high into the air while you test your hand-eye coordination, teppanyaki is where it’s at, and this is what chef Anto is specialized at.
He has a passion for dealing with great flavors and fixings with fluctuated cooking procedures. With the experience of working in different World-class Hotels and Restaurants like Golden Budha Mamoa, Atlanta, Georgia, USA,
Little Of Tokyo, MarMaryland, USA, Sakura Ocean City, Mar Maryland, USA, P& O Cruise Ship, Australia, December, Grand Garden Cafe & Resto, Bogor – Indonesia and few more, Chef Anto is nowhere at Four Points by Sheraton Dhaka’s kitchen to show his culinary expertise and present the Dhaka people some tantalizing Indonesian and Japanese cuisines.
Anto’s passion for cooking began with the fond memories of grilling and smoking meats with his father. He discovered his love for the culinary arts while experimenting with Indonesian beef stew with rendang sauce for his family at the age of fifteen. It tasted terrified, though! However, it couldn’t stop his passion for cooking. Those memories inspired him to enroll in a culinary school, and he got various training in world-class hotels. He never stops experimenting, even if he is sleeping, he suddenly wakes up 3 in the morning and writes down mew recipes from his dream!
The theory that chef Anto believes is “never stops experimenting, don’t be scared of it, go and burn you to try a new experiment. Try to be a good cook before a great Chef.”
“It is exhilarating to have a new input of ideas, and Chef Anto certainly shares our passion for producing top dishes, created using fresh and seasonal ingredients. As we move forward, there will be a few changes to our menu to complement our current offering, said Mashfa Alam, Marketing Coordinator, Four Points by Sheraton Dhaka.
