Grilled Chicken

Serves 1


200 gm chicken breast
100 gm chicken stuffing
20 gm mushroom
1 boiled egg
15 gm cheese
20 gm wild mushrooms
4 pcs baby carrots
1 pc bokchoy
3 tbsp English mustard
4 tbsp cooking single cream
10 gm butter
½ tsp paprika
1 tbsp ground black pepper
4 tbsp olive oil
½ cup chicken stock (jus)
¼ cup single cream
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste


Marinate the chicken breast with English mustard, black pepper, paprika and olive oil. Mix boiled egg, cheese, mushroom breast, and mushroom for stuffing. Simmer the chicken stock for 5 minutes and add mushroom. Finish the sauce by adding cream. Stuff the chicken and grill.
