Wearing a multicoloured sari matched with a pretty white cut-out blouse Sonakshi looked like a goddess painted from a handful of water colours.
Alia Bhatt
Alia made her grand entrance a little after the night started and became an immediate head-turner with her shimmering gown highlighted with a full skirt of black tulle, covered with bursts of silver sparkle.

Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover
This is the first IIFA Award Bipasha Basu attended with her husband Karan Singh Grover. The love birds hit the red carpet looking as dashing as ever; Bipasha looked gorgeous in a shimmery silver cut-out gown and Karan stole our hearts with this black faux-military outfit.
Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput
The duo kept it simple. While Mira opted for an orange, elaborate traditional gown, Shahid went for a grey and black suit. The couple epitomised elegance and grace.
